How do I order a fan?
Choose your fan, size and colour, tap “Add to order”, then “Order on WhatsApp”. Your order arrives in our WhatsApp with all the details, and we confirm the price, delivery and payment with you on chat.
Do I have to pay on the website?
No. There is no online payment on this website. We confirm the final price and the payment method with you on WhatsApp before anything is dispatched.
Why do some fans show “Price on request”?
For these fans the price depends on the size, finish or quantity. Add the fan to your order or message us on WhatsApp and we will share the best price.
Which sweep size is right for my room?
As a general guide: up to about 100 sq ft, a 900 mm fan; about 100–200 sq ft, a 1200 mm fan; larger rooms, a 1400 mm fan or two fans. Ask us on WhatsApp with your room size and we will suggest the right one.
What is a BLDC fan?
A BLDC fan uses a brushless DC motor. It uses less electricity than an ordinary induction fan, runs quietly and usually comes with a remote.
Do you deliver to my city?
Send us your city and PIN code on WhatsApp and we will confirm delivery and timing for your area.
What warranty do I get?
Warranty details for each fan are on its product page, and the full terms are in our Warranty Policy.
How do you use my personal data?
We use your details only to process your order and reply to you. Read our Privacy Notice to see what we collect, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
